BACKGROUND

In accordance with Spanish regulations governing the use of cookies in relation to the provision of electronic communication services, as set out in Royal Decree Law 13/2012 of March 30, we inform you about the cookies used on the website of NUMÉRICCO CREATIVOS, S.L. and the reason for their use. We also inform you that by browsing the Website, you are giving your consent for us to use them.

WHAT ARE COOKIES?

A cookie is a file that is downloaded onto your computer when accessing certain web pages. Cookies allow a web page, among other things, to store and retrieve information about a user’s browsing habits or their device and, depending on the information they contain and how the user uses their device, they can be used to recognize the user. Cookies are only associated with an anonymous user and their computer or device, and do not provide references that allow us to identify their personal data.

TYPES OF COOKIES

Own cookies: These are sent to the user’s terminal device from a computer or domain managed by the publisher itself and from which the requested service is provided.
Third-party cookies: These are sent to the user’s terminal device from a computer or domain that is not managed by the publisher, but by another entity that processes the data obtained through the cookies.
Session cookies: These are a type of cookie designed to collect and store data while the user is accessing a web page.
Persistent cookies: These are a type of cookie where the data remains stored on the terminal device and can be accessed and processed during a period defined by the responsible party for the cookie, ranging from a few minutes to several years.
Analytics cookies: These cookies, whether processed by us or by third parties, allow us to quantify the number of users and thus perform a statistical measurement and analysis of the use users make of the offered service. To do this, we analyze your browsing on our website to improve the products or services we offer.
Advertising cookies: These cookies allow the management of advertising spaces that the publisher has included on a website, application, or platform from which the requested service is provided, based on criteria such as the edited content or the frequency with which ads are shown.
Behavioral advertising cookies: These cookies allow the management of advertising spaces that the publisher has included on a website, application, or platform from which the requested service is provided. These cookies store information on user behavior obtained by continuously observing their browsing habits, which allows the development of a specific profile to display ads based on that information. Additionally, when you visit a webpage or open an email where an advertisement or promotion about our products or services is published, a cookie may be installed in your browser, which we can use to show you later on related advertisements based on your previous searches, and track our ads (such as how often they are seen, where they appear, at what time they are seen, etc.).

TYPES OF COOKIES USED ON THIS WEBSITE

The cookies used on our website are session cookies and third-party cookies. They allow us to store and access information related to the language, the type of browser used, and other general features predefined by the user, as well as track and analyze the activity carried out, in order to introduce improvements and provide our services in a more efficient and personalized manner. NUMÉRICCO CREATIVOS, S.L. does not use advertising or behavioral advertising cookies.

The use of cookies offers advantages in the provision of services in what is known as the information society, as it facilitates navigation and access to the different services offered by this website, avoids the user having to configure predefined general features each time they access the website, and favors the improvement of the functioning and services provided through this website, after analyzing the information obtained from the installed cookies.
