The challenge
Improving the customer journey for sushi-lovers beyond their restaurants
Sibuya had already achieved their goal of giving diners a uniquely relaxing and enjoyable experience that stands out from the pack at all its Japanese dining establishments. The time had come to take that to the digital world, curating and improving customer experience in every way, especially focusing on making it easy to reserve and order online for pick-up or home delivery.

The solution
A new website to promote delivery and takeaway
While designing and developing the new website, we focused on really reflecting Sibuya’s nonconforming, rock-and-roll attitude. This meant making the website the backbone of the exclusive customer experience while also letting diners browse the varied, innovative sushi menu, make reservations at any of their restaurants and order food to pick up or be delivered through a dynamic, attractive, intuitive platform.

We created a digital space that boosts their positioning and provides a carefully crafted user experience that improves conversion, with a scalable approach, looking towards internationalization in the future.
