Crafting an eCommerce website to boost conversion
With a long history in the business, Nitropc wanted to analyze digital user experience on their online shop to find opportunities for improvement. The challenge was to create an eCommerce website that could offer the best customer service, make it easy to buy and personalize computers, and boost conversion.
The solution
We designed an administrable eCommerce website worthy of Nitropc
After the analysis, UX, design and development process, we created a new administrable online shop that seduces users and reflects this new, more visual and contemporary era for Nitropc. The result is a new eCommerce website that is very intuitive for users and has a carefully crafted, attractive look for gamers and tech-lovers who value quality, professionalism and custom Nitropc set-ups.
Highlights include the visual presentation of the machines in three different ranges: Advanced, Extreme and Elite, with four pre-set options and very powerful specification files with all the information customers need, including performance with the top games of the moment and most common work software.
A custom set-up tool that revolutionizes product personalization and the purchasing process
The jewel in this new eCommerce website’s crown is the set-up tool. To ensure the best user experience, we designed and developed a fully customized set-up tool so customers can personalize their machines down to the last detail. Using this tool, they can choose from hundreds of expansions, accessories and more to boost the specifications and get a fully personalized Nitropc computer.
To totally optimize the customer service process, we worked with a shopping assistant, fully customized independently from PrestaShop, to help users find their prefect computer in just five steps based on their needs.

A limitless, scalable project that has brought a qualitative leap in user experience
Since we launched the eCommerce website in 2019, we have continued to share the Nitropc team’s challenges, working on user experience and the shopping process through new projects to improve the customer journey.
So, the initial project has taken on new functions focusing on very specific areas to make it more operational for Nitropc and simplify the purchase decision for this highly complex and customizable product.
Proof of this is the easy-buy option, which recommends the best set-up for the customer’s needs based on their answers to just four questions.
But we have also worked on the post-sales service, with a support department designed to give users the help they need. Regardless of where they bought the computer, on Amazon, at the Fnac or on the Nitropc eCommerce website, they all have centralized support.
